For some time now, I have had the problem that the Bluetooth connection in the car is established immediately, but voice transmission and access to the phone book, for example, is only possible after about 10 minutes of driving. Can anyone help me? Furthermore, on hot days, the microphone fails again and again after about three minutes of conversation, and I can only make phone calls via the loudspeaker...

I think this must be due to the vehicle or the hands-free system. I don't know these problems, it works fine for me. Especially the microphone is on the vehicle side, just like the loudspeakers. So it can't be the phone. Making (listening to) phone calls via loudspeakers is standard. Speech is transmitted through the microphone built into the vehicle.
I would definitely have the hands-free system checked. If it were the phone, there would be no connection at all.
