Good day Commuminity I have already bought several Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G smartphones for my family. The last one I bought does not have a silicone protective case in the box. Is this new? Normally this phone comes with a protective cover. Thank you for your help. Best regards Reto

I bought my mobile on 15/05/2025 and it came with a black silicone case. Maybe they forgot, or maybe the contents of the box were changed. I thought it said on the box or on a quick guide inside what should be included.
