Good day I have a HD+ CI module incl. HD+ card with 6 months free of charge. I have connected everything correctly to my Samsung TV but I still cannot watch any HD channels. In the Common Interface Menu I saw that the card still has to be activated. On the HD+ website I can only activate the extension of the card and not the 6 months free. I don't know how to activate the card. I was hoping that someone could give me a tip on what to do. With kind regards

The problem is that the TV probably had a 6-month subscription before. The TV must be reset to the factory settings. Then re-enter everything including the Common Interface and it will work with all HD channels.

The card activates itself. Possibly inserted incorrectly? Insert the card correctly, switch off the TV for a few minutes. Switch on the TV and it activates automatically. I have done this several times with my Samsung TV and it always works.

I switched off my Samsung TV for 5 minutes (left the card in) and restarted it. No activation was necessary.
