Question about Thunderbolt 3 Dual Dock - 357532

I have been using the product for a few days now. I use a MacBook Pro 2019 under MacOS Catalina. Unfortunately, the docking station does not charge with 85W as specified. Because at high system performance my battery discharges from 100% to 1% although connected to the docking station (charging indicator in the OS shows that the battery is being charged). Has anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution? - If so, I would be pleased to hear from you. Also: Every now and then my external monitor is not recognised. Once even the whole dokin station. I also got the message "USB accessories deactivated". If anyone has a solution to this, I would be happy to hear from you. If these things cannot be fixed, I will probably try to return the device.

Hello,

Regarding the charging, please make sure that you use the correct Thunderbolt3 port to connect it to your MacBook. Only one of the TB3 ports can provide 85W, the other can provide up to 15W.

Regarding the screen, can you please try to reset SMC and NVRAM? If that does not help, or you are not sure how to do that can you please contact our Technical support? Our e-mail address is support@itecproduct.co

I can't sign off on the loading, but I can definitely confirm that the screen is bitching!
It was like that for a whole week! Different ports made no difference. I've only had problems since the upgrade to Catalina.

I have the same configuration. The product has been running perfectly for a year. The battery of the MacBook Pro 2019 is fully charged while I am working with it under full load. Perhaps it is the Thunderbolt cable or one of the Thunderbolt ports that is causing the docking station not to work properly. Note: I use a real Thunderbolt3 cable and not just USB-C cables.
