Hello, can the Wilmaa app be loaded onto this TV? Do I understand correctly that I can watch TV via WLAN and thus only need the cable for the power connection to the TV? Thank you for the answer, greetings

I am very satisfied with this Philips TV so far. I use Zattoo via the WLAN... It's had a few hangs, but on the whole it works well.

Hello, I have this Philips as my second TV and, contrary to Hans-jakob's opinion, I can confirm that this TV has Android as its system. That makes it very smart! I don't use Wilmaa, but I tried Zattoo once. Zattoo (Free) works quite well, but the quality is not as good as Swisscom TV or similar pay services.
I don't know if it works smoothly with WLAN, because I connected directly to the network via cable. I-it certainly needs a good WLAN connection, the technical data of the WLAN adapter of the Philips can also be seen in the data sheet at Digitec.
PS: Wilmaa also works and the picture is even better than with Zattoo (I just tested it.) You have to install the app via the search function...
By the way, I am very satisfied with the Philips as my second TV. Good picture, sound ok, operation ok and Android offers all the smart features you need (don't know how Hans-jakob gets the idea that this Philips doesn't have Android). Greetings

In my opinion, this is not a Smart TV, so you cannot download apps.
If you want to use apps from the Play Store (Wilmaa, for example), you have to buy a TV that explicitly mentions Android as the operating system. As far as I know, you can only find this with Sony or with the more expensive devices from Philips.
