I successfully installed this AIO in my Meshify C Mini 1 month ago. As it turned out, the height of the RAM does not matter to me, as they protrude just (approx. 1 mm) below the AIO fans. I use Kinston HyperX Fury RGB in combination with the ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS WI-FI. If the exact position of the RAM slots on another board does not match (I don't know if motherboard slots are standardised), or the RAM components are wider, this could lead to a problem.

I can only partly answer the question...
I also have this Aio + Trident Z but a different case, Corsair 275R Airflow.

the two cases are about the same size. I wanted to mount the Aio on top as well, but there isn't enough room. even with LPX RAM (lowprofile), I doubt that the Aio would have had room, since the clips from the ram slots of my MB would have already been in the way.
