Hello, dear Community I would like to ask you if any of you have ever noticed that one volume button on the iPhone sits a little lower in the case than the other. I've had my 16 Pro Max for a few days now and I can feel this, albeit only slightly. If so, what have you done about it? I would like to have my device exchanged for a new iPhone of the same model, but I'm not sure because I no longer have the original box. What can I do? Thank you and best regards

Hello,
Both volume buttons on my IPhone 16 Pro Max are also at the same height.
I would also have it replaced as suggested by Sandy Zysset

I'm totally happy with my iPhone 16 Pro Max.
My volume buttons are both at the same height.
I would have it replaced. Who knows, maybe you'll press the button into your mobile at some point and it will be defective and your warranty will have expired.
Best regards
