hello digitec i bought this product and unpacked it. it only came with a usb-c cable. now i need a suitable power supply. there is one in the instructions labelled varta. do you have one on sale? if not, where can i buy it? otherwise i will send the product back to you. unfortunately, it is of no use to me as it is. the required power input would be: USB C PD 12 V 1250mA 15 W direct current best regards t

Hello, I bought the Varta LCD Multi Charger+ in 2022. It also came with a Varta mains adapter. This is of course included.
In any case, make a complaint to Galaxus and ask for the adapter.
