Question about RAVPower RP-PB044 Outdoor
Hello, I bought the RAVPower RP-PB044 (10050 mAh) a week ago. Now it is almost empty. I want to charge it with the supplied charging cable and the iPad charger. The charger stays cool, even after half an hour. Nothing happens with the powerbank either. When I press the power button, a blue light comes on for a few seconds and then goes out. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you very much.

I would perhaps try a different charger. If it still doesn't work, it could be the charging cable. You can tell if the unit is charging by the blue lights. As soon as all four lights are on and no longer flashing, the RAVPower RP-PB044 is fully charged.
If the device does not charge at all, I would contact Digitec myself. As far as I know, this damage should be covered by the warranty.
