Hello I bought the station, but my Samsung S21 Ultra phone, which is supposed to be compatible, barely holds onto the station. Not across at all. Do I need a special case? (I don't currently use a case)

The hanging thing is one of those things. I also have the S21 Ultra and without the case it hangs with the camera area at the top edge and charges. It doesn't work with a case. It works with a thin case and an additional magnet on the back.

Hello, yes, it makes sense to use a Mag Safe cover for the phone. However, I don't know whether this is available for the S21.
