Hello, I have three questions: does this product play Dolby Atmos and DTS? Is it capable of managing and installing IPTV? And I'd also like to know which version of Android is installed and whether it allows third-party applications or so-called APKs to be installed?

IPTV application, yes.
Android 11 and apk can also be installed if you tick the option in the settings.
