Hello, is it normal that in pre-order the same day, the same minute, nobody has received the iPhone? Shame on Galaxus for offering pre-orders that aren't pre-orders!

I ordered at 2pm. And nothing. Galaxus is becoming as bad as the others. Not to mention.monnteleviseur with them since early August
