Hello together! I wanted to ask if this device already has the IPTV preinstalled? If not, how would that work??? via a simple update, via PC, USB do you still have to have special permissions for the IPTV??? Thanks for the answer :)

The device only works via a server and this is subject to a fee. There is an annual subscription. I am very satisfied. Greetings
