Question about Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen) + Ethernet
Hello, After a lot of research, I have now decided in favour of the Apple TV 128 4K. However, I don't own an iPhone and therefore don't have an account. Can I still set up this box without an iPhone and account or will my purchase decision now be cancelled? Thank you in advance for your help, regards

Hi , if you don't have an iPhone the Apple tv will still work , but you will have to make a new registration for a new Apple account , by going to the Apple site from the Computer . But you will use the Apple TV to 40 % of its potential without an iPhone or a Mac or an IPad . Hi
It can be used without an iPhone. The app store is there and can be used with the remote. It's much smoother than the ChromeCast. However, we're entering the world of Apple. Image sharing and remote control only work with Apple. But come to think of it, you only use it in TV mode without an iPhone too.
