Hello Does the Google Chromecast run with a "Sony Bravia KDL-40V5610", manufactured 10/2009? LCD Digital Colour TV HDMI. Has several HDMI connections. The TV has no Wi-Fi and is not an Android TV or anything else. But it runs reliably for years ;-)

Yes, no problem, the Google ChromeCast with Google TV is simply powered by the supplied USB charger (USB-C) and then plugged into an HDMI socket at the TV. The included remote control can also be used to turn the TV on and off and adjust the volume on the TV.

With my KDL-46V5500, also from 2009, it worked perfectly.
