Question about Selfsat Snipe V3 Single
Hello I have a Snipe 2 system and the most serious problems! The antenna did not move to the home position after use, but opened up like a sack knife, and of course stood up on the housing with a rattling noise and jammed. This is the second time this has happened. Sent for repair, now the same fuss again. I wanted to buy the Snipe 3, but I am shocked to discover that the connection cables are a complete, unprofessional mess. Why does it look like a temporary solution?
With the comment on the Snipe2, I only wanted to note that the system creates problems in the long run in mobile operation. This is probably due to the control cable, because this has now been changed for the Snipe3 including the control unit. This about Snipe2.
With the Snipe3, the control cable mentioned above is: a much thicker and unwieldy, b the cable at the plug is unprofessionally processed and should never be sold like this! The individual wires of the round cable are exposed and unprotected in a flat plug. Something like this is never waterproof and functional in the long term in mobile use.
My question is, when will this situation be solved to the satisfaction of the user? The antenna itself is OK.
