Here, with the 32GB variant, it says 3 GB RAM... But the 16GB version only has 2 GB RAM... What is correct now ?

The phone is offered by LG in two different versions: one with 2GB RAM and one with 3GB (see: http://www.lg.com/ch_de...). The RAM figures in the specifications of the respective devices are therefore correct.
