Since all the TVs listed have edge LED, I would take one of the Sonys. However, the 55XH8096 is actually an IPS panel, unlike the digitec comparison, so its angle dependence in particular is better and XH8 versus XG7 is the younger and one step better TV. But for gaming from several metres away, that's not relevant. I use the 55XH8096 as a computer monitor (on the rtings.com site it's the cheap recommendation), but honestly.... after my TV switch from a 2010 lower mid-range Samsung UE46 (6 series, with 9 being the top of the range) to an LG 65E6 (2016) due to defect then to the Sony 65ZD9 (really wanted 3D) I say:
Forget the quality differences, my old Samsung had only one weakness compared to the other Two high-end models:
The Edge-LED is simply bad at black. Therefore, for a TV a full-array backlight LED (so at least the Q70 from Samsung), but it does not need high-end models. Of course, read tests to see when the black image becomes good - hence the Q70 at the moment (rtings.com or, above all, the Audio Vision Home Page have old tests).
But only for gaming? On my computer? I'm satisfied with the XH8096 because I don't have any black in the games I play and otherwise I sit on it for 10 hours a day because it's also used on the company laptop in the home office.
But what I haven't regretted is going from 46 to 65 inches as a TV, hence the monstrous 55 as a computer monitor! ;)
So, if you play games with a lot of black, then rather full array than edge LED - I find it very annoying.
But in general, especially at a greater distance, it's better to go for the bigger one, the immersion is massively better.
Believe me, 55 inches from less than 1m away on the computer and then a roller coaster animation looks completely different than on the 43 I had before. :)
I hope that helped a little in comparing the 4 TVs.... Otherwise I would check Ricardo for used TVs. There were recently offers from Fust for the LG OLEDs around 600 CHF.... 55s and 65s and there are also always from private.
