This will not work. On the one hand, the additional Turkish channels on UPC only run via the UPC TV Box / Horizon Box and the module does not help there. In this sense, the module is only the adapter of the encryption card for the TV/receiver.
For more channels, it would be necessary to buy a subscription, which would be overpriced compared to the offer. Here, IPTV would be a more interesting alternative or, if possible, satellite.
