How do they come up with the delivery dates? They have never worked out. I ordered the TV on 1 January and, according to the post office, I won't get it until 6 January. And they say that if I order today it will be there tomorrow. I live in the canton of Zurich, so it's not remote. I'm really annoyed and will buy such things in shops again in future. At least they don't lie to me about the delivery dates.
