How much use is the solar panel? If I look at it roughly, the powerbank would probably have to lie in the blazing sun for a whole week until the battery is fully charged. how long does the powerbank have to be in the sun so that I have replaced a charge for a typical smartphone, for example?
I know this is not the answer you are looking for and it will help you a lot but generally speaking, a powerbank with an integrated panel does not make sense as the powerbank would take an extremely long time to fully charge and it is not recommended to leave a PB in the blazing sun.
If you really want to charge a PB with solar energy, buy a decent PB and external solar panels with much more power. These are also available with USB ports to charge the PB and in portable formats.
Greetings
Bought the thing, the solar panel does zero, and I mean zero, charging.

I have had the experience that the week is about right... Unfortunately, the battery did not take the week of blazing sun so easily and one battery pack "exploded". The powerbank is now a bit bulged, no longer has the full capacity, but otherwise still works...
Assuming your battery has 3000mAh (at typically 3.8V), this results in 11.4Wh. The solar panel produces max. 1.2W. So if the sun is shining fully, 9 to 10h.
