How should the LEDs behave during charging? My first LED flashes twice and then there is a pause. I'm not sure if the powerbank is broken.

The LEDs are divided into 25% charging capacity. Only one LED flashes at a time:
Charging capacity between 0-25%: First LED flashes
Between 25-50%: First LED constant, second LED flashing.
etc.
