I am interested in where the switch is located. Is it protected in such a way that the LED lamp cannot accidentally switch on and discharge the power pack if the power pack is stowed in a backpack and something presses against it (I have this problem with various other power packs).

Helpful answer
I think the power button is very well embedded in the side of the case and, in my opinion, can only be pressed in by a pointed or finger-sized object (such as a finger!). Attached is a video where you can see this relatively well (from minute 1:05): https://www.youtube.com/watch
