I am looking for a solution for a three-storey house with 150 square metres, what is your experience/opinion? Are two devices enough (one on the ground floor, one on the 2nd floor), or do I need three (one per floor)? According to TP-Links, 2 devices should be enough for 418 square metres.

Not in my experience. I have one in the basement, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Reinforced concrete ceilings. It didn't work for me with just 2 pieces (in the basement and upstairs).

To achieve good "coverage", you should certainly use 3 mesh access points. One per floor!
