I bought the resiver hd+ works great. But my srg card always comes up with an error message (please make sure you have a HD+ card plugged in). what should I do?

Had the same problem. I still had an old CI card (not CI+ compatible). Since switching to the "Helveticam Viaccess Dual Module" card, everything works fine.
