I can and wish to do without google and co. My question is: Can eBanking apps be installed on it? Can anyone test this? (UBS eBanking, TWINT etc.)

My model was not purchased from Digitec, but otherwise the same model.
Credit Suisse banking app works for me. Twint also works as far as I could test it. The same with Swissquote app.
I have not tested other banking apps.

What hasn't worked so far is Netflix (the latest version) and Google Play. Other than that, I haven't come across any apps that haven't worked, but it should be noted that I don't use very many apps.

Unfortunately, many bank apps need the so-called "SafetyNet", which is "supplied" by the Google Play Store; I had to notice with attempts on LineageOS: if you want to use such apps, you can't get around stock roms (because of the closed bootloader, no root etc.)... BUT you can ask the bank; maybe - with the right amount of people - this will have an effect...
