I can see from the manufacturer's website (https://zens.tech/shop/4-in-1-magnetic-watch-wireless-charger/) that THIS product is only 7.5W for charging the iPhone! Other products from the same manufacturer (!) are indeed 15W, but are more expensive and have a different design. So be more careful with your (obviously misleading) descriptions and visuals.
