I can only charge mine via the USB plug. The Type C are only outputs for me.

I bought 2 of these power banks at the same time and they both work perfectly. I assume that you are charging with USB-C.

I really don't know what the problem could be other than a fault with the product. When I charge my product a series of 4 white led lights blink on top to show how full the battery is. When all lights are on and have stopped flashing, the battery is full.

What device are you using to charge the battery. I used a newer version Apple ipad charger (I think either 20 or 25w) and it worked perfectly.
