I have connected this hard disk to my Panasonic TV TX-65GZC1004. Unfortunately, the TV sometimes switches itself off and then on again without any motivation. What could be the reason for this?

I would imagine that since it is a mechanical hard drive, it needs too much power. It would be best to use an SSD or a mechanical hard drive with a separate power supply. Hope I could help.
