I have had the power bank since December 2021. Today I wanted to charge the power bank, but nothing happens (the lights do not light up). I assume that the powerbank is not charging. Is it possible that the powerbank is already defective after 2.5 years and I need to buy a new one? Could it be checked and repaired?
