I have had the powerbank for about 2 years. It works well, but when I want to charge my laptop or Surface, the powerbank is always charged. I have already tried other cables and a different order for plugging in etc. Is it possible to change the charging/discharging direction by plugging in or switching on in a certain order? It doesn't work with the original cables either. Mobile charging via original cable does not work, only with USB-A to USB-C cable. Mobile Samsung Galaxy S24+

There is no special insertion sequence that permanently changes the charging/discharging direction. The only known solution with USB-C: multiple plugs/unplugs to negotiate the direction correctly. For devices like the Samsung Galaxy S24+, it is best to use USB-A–>USB-C to circumvent the problem.
