Question about Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro

I have had this device for 1.5 years. Little wear and tear and no screen chipping. Now the screen no longer works. I have now returned the device to have it repaired as I still had warranty. If I log in with my Xiaomi account, do I still have my pictures? That would be important to me because I don't have any pictures saved on my PC.

Your second problem will be that you can no longer buy the same model and it will not be replaced. You will have to switch to some other proposed model. Take the most expensive one, sell it and use the money to buy a used 9T Pro in good condition.

I don't know how it works with the Xiaomi account. In general, however, I have made the experience that the manufacturers reset the device before sending it back - this is somehow part of the standard procedure. That's why it's important to always make a backup before sending it in, ideally make backups continuously.
Did you use Google Photos to synchronise the photos?
Is there a website for the Xiaomi account where you could check?
