No, even at Apple itself you have to wait until October, so it won't be any different at Digitec.

From experience: Receiving an iPhone on the day of release is only realistic if you order within the first few minutes (approx. 5-10 minutes) after the pre-order window opens AND if you order directly from Apple. There you can also see when you will actually get the device.
If you order it from digitec, even if it's at the same time as Apple, it's more a matter of luck whether you'll actually get it on release. Only a certain number of units are delivered at any one time, and when the quota is over, digitec also has to wait for supplies.
