I have pre-ordered the Pixel 7 256GB. In the meantime, my order says that it should be delivered by 25 December. Originally it said 25.11. and no delays were apparent when ordering. Why are people not properly informed about such massive delays?

Mine too. Ordered at the beginning of October, now it says the end of December! @ Digitec: where can you charge interest on the product you've paid for since the beginning of October!
You must have a lot less customers!
A personal mail would be the least. But this is simply unprofessional!

the same here. For about 6 weeks, the delivery date has been pushed back every third day. Why don't you just write what it is ("delivery date unknown") instead of publishing false delivery dates again and again? This can almost be seen as deliberate deception and is in no way customer-friendly.

I'm happy to join in, my delivery date was 28.10. (!!?) The new delivery date for me is now also 28.12, no mail, I find that very cheeky.

Same. I have now cancelled my order and replaced it with the smaller model. It should be in my letterbox tomorrow. My customer account said "Delivered on 31.01.2023"...

I ordered the Pixel 7 in 5.12. from Amazon in Germany and they also have problems predicting the delivery time there. Although the Pixel 7 was consistently "in stock", it took Amazon over 2 weeks to process my order and predict a delivery date. It still hasn't shipped ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Digitec is not the only retailer that has problems delivering the Pixel 7 and correctly communicating shipping dates or stock

status.
