I have the problem that the streaming box does not see my hard disk via the usb 3.0 connection. How can I solve this? I have already reset the box to factory settings and I have already formatted my hard disk.

In most cases, this is because the Nokia Streaming Box 8000 does not provide enough power for external hard drives or the file system is not optimised. The most reliable solution is an exFAT-formatted hard drive with its own power supply or an active USB hub.
