I have two such wireless chargers, the same product number, but with different "behaviour". One always lights up green until a mobile phone is being charged. It then flashes blue when charging. The other only lights up green briefly when connected, then the LED is off. When charging, again only briefly blue, then LED dark (but charging nevertheless). So there are probably two different versions (hardware versions) of the model in question. Support site from the manufacturer = not available!
