I play a game on my mobile called Lords Mobile. The mobile should transmit selected messages for 24 hours. This works without any problems on the iPhone.
With Samsung, the mobile goes into Doze power-saving mode after I put it away. Then no more messages come in. When you pick up the mobile again, they all come in at once. How can I prevent this from happening? I want to receive messages even when the mobile is on the table. Energy-saving mode is off, the game is unlocked and authorised at all levels. All restrictions are off. Can anyone here help?

Please test whether it helps to add the app to the list of apps that never go into standby. To do this, go to "Settings > Battery and device maintenance > Battery > Background usage limits > Apps that are never in standby" and add your app here.
Please also check whether battery optimisation is activated under "Settings > Apps > App name > Battery".
