I received the powerbank yesterday. Unfortunately without a charged battery. I have been charging the powerbank for several hours now and it is still not fully charged. Does it take this long every time I charge it? That seems strange to me, because it is described that it is fully charged within 2.5 hours. Now I've been charging it for about 5 hours.
