I received the S21 Ultra today (it was a pre-order), but without Earbuds-pro. Will they be delivered separately or do I have to do something about it?

Hi, you still have to open the menu item "Benefits" in the Samsung Members App (pre-installed) by 21 February at the latest and complete the registration process. You can only register via the S21, otherwise it won't work. According to Samsung, you should then receive your Galaxy Buds Pro/Live and SmartTag within 8 weeks.
