Question about GoPro HERO9 Black

I recently got the GoProHero9 Black, now I have noticed that the GoPro somehow has an error, when I switch it off with the power button, the device switches on again within a few seconds and it gets very hot after a while, so the battery eats up from 100% to 0% within ½ hour. What am I doing wrong here? Does anyone know this problem? Thanks in advance.

This is certainly not normal. You should send in the Gopro and ask for a guarantee. You'll end up burning the place down.
