I recently wanted to buy this mobile phone at Interdiscout (as it is cheaper there) ;) Unfortunately, I found out that only EU sim cards work. What is the situation with this model?

Samsung devices usually have a regional lock. However, this can be easily removed by using the device with a local SIM card and using it for a short time. Or you can contact Samsung Switzerland directly and have the regional lock removed. After this procedure, you can use SIM cards from all over the world.
