I use a Snom 320 (VoIP phone) and need to wire it to the router. Can I replace the metre-long cable with this product?

Yes, that is possible with this device - as with the Devolo Powerline... The network signal is simply sent via the mains to the other adapter and converted there again. 2 more devices (TV box, laptop, printer, etc.) can also be connected with the 3 connections. Router --> TP-Link 1 --> TP-Link2 --> Snom 320.
