At digitec, the devices are apparently only available in pairs. If you need a single device, you would have to contact digitec sales or look elsewhere.
How to add more devices (they have a button for this) is described in the instructions for use.

Quite simple - the powerline connection only works with "paired" devices (LED in the middle lights up green on both devices).
You can use it directly like that.

The 2nd kit must be "paired" with the 1st; the operating instructions tell you how to do this. Without this safety precaution, your flat neighbour could easily hook into your PLC by purchasing such a kit himself.
Yes, a kit usually consists of several products. In this case, there are two adapters. These adapters are not available individually.

Yes, that is possible with this device - as with the Devolo Powerline... The network signal is simply sent via the mains to the other adapter and converted there again. 2 more devices (TV box, laptop, printer, etc.) can also be connected with the 3 connections. Router --> TP-Link 1 --> TP-Link2 --> Snom 320.

Unfortunately, only the starter kit is available at the moment, so 2 additional adapters would have to be purchased.
