For gaming PC the AMD Ryzen 5800X3D, graphics card the 6900XT, rather take 2x16Gb Ram, AIO I would take a 360, e.g. Alpenföhn, the LED sound is a matter of taste. Mainboard and power supply fit.

If you want to play 4K, the cofiguartion makes sense. Otherwise, the Cpu is too weak or the graphics card too strong.
Personally, I wouldn't care because I always upgrade my computer and then just put the "old graphics card" in the new computer.
If you play at 1440p like most people, an Rtx 3060 Ti would be enough.

First of all, I would remove the 3900x and buy a 5600X. Secondly, you should think about the power supply and possibly use a Be quiet, be quiet! Straight power 11 (750 W). However, not available in white, but most of the time you won't see anything of it anyway.
