I was thinking of doing a gaming PC configuration with an i5-12400f, an MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI LGA1700 and 2x8gb of 5600MHz DDR5 ram. I wonder if 5600MHz is too much for this processor as the Intel site notes that the type of RAM for this cpu is "Up to DDR5 4800 MT/s". I have found that if I enable XMP in the motherboard bios it shouldn't be a problem but I would still like your opinion. Thanks in advance.

That's probably the case, just let it run at 4800, that's enough😀
With your configuration, I would rather make sure you buy a smart graka🤗
