I would like to charge my laptop via the USB C port. After the turn-on button, the Xtorm flashes for a few seconds and then turns off. Charging does not work. I have tried both inputs - output 60W and 100W. What could be the reason for this?

Several possible sources.
Is the laptop port compatible for power delivery?
Is the cable compatible with the minimum wattage required for the laptop to charge?
Is it the battery that charges the laptop and not the other way around?
