Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question but: Yes, simply remove the SIM card from the old mobile phone and insert it into this one.
Your number is on the SIM card and not directly in the mobile phone. So, as the previous speaker said, remove the SIM card from the old mobile phone and reinsert it in the new one.
