If I want to save recordings in the cloud, do I need a paid account? What are the costs? How much footage can be stored? How well does access work when travelling? I'm thinking of travelling for a while and would like to monitor my living room.

According to my research, a plan has been required for cloud recordings since last year. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about the pricing.
