If you order Apple TV directly from Apple, you get 3 months of Apple TV+ for free. Do you also get this if you order from Digitec?

Yes, as soon as it goes online with your Apple ID for the first time, you get the 3 months.

Hello, I cannot answer you on this because you would have to ask Digitec directly. I already had a subscription with Apple TV and so I did not ask .
