Question about Samsung QE43LS03T The Frame 4.0
In internet forums and Amazon reviews, one reads quite a lot of negative, credible reports about immature software of the new 4.0 models from 2020: unreliable motion sensor, memory usage in Artmode etc etc. Can this be confirmed?
I am not aware of any software problems so far. My TV runs stably and satisfactorily (I am not a hard-core TV user).
Yes, that can be confirmed. The software is atrocious. We have turned off the motion sensor because it is not necessary in our situation.
As for the software problems, I can't select a software update (maybe there isn't one yet) but I can't even get into the menu.
I regularly have to pull the plug because the thing hangs. Somewhere between the start and the display of Netflix, for example.
Apart from that - once the thing is running stable - the quality is brilliant and I wouldn't want to miss it.
It is a bit thicker (deeper) than we would have thought. But just as described in the specs and therefore not tragic.
